Pipe Sales Department

The creation of this department arose from the desire to ensure that all pipe issues are dealt with comprehensively to the satisfaction of our valued customers and reduce unnecessary delays in decision making. Put together the team has over years of practical handsome experience in the water and sewer reticulation.

The department’s objective is to ensure that the customer gets quality service each time they come to Turnall. Technical support comes free of charge; all the customer pays for is the physical product. The team is available and keen to be part of customers’ design process so that it is able to offer advice on how to keep the project costs at a minimum. Brochures giving full information of our products are available on request free of charge from either of our two offices.

Teamwork across departments makes communication in pipe sales and production smooth and efficient. All customer requirements to do with quantity, quality and expected delivery date are communicated to the production team so that customer expectations are always met. The department endeavors to communicate to the customer at necessary intervals from the inquiry stage to the commissioning of the projects so that the customer is always in the picture of what is happening.

As a business, Turnall’s focus is to maintain its cost leadership strategy without compromising product quality and service delivery.
Customers remain our main focus and to this end we include engineers, designers, architects, specifiers and all important sponsors on our high priority customer list.
